Do you spend too much time looking and managing venues, not sure you are getting the right venues for your events and getting the best price? We have worked with hundreds of venues, all unique in their own way. Just because one event works at a particular venue it doesn’t mean every event you run will.

We can make finding a venue simple for your business. We will work with you to understand what you want to achieve from your event and identify a suitable venue.

Event Goals

It is important that the event is suitable for the type of event you are hosting. An exclusive dinner might work best in a city centre location whereas a team away day might work best in a rural location.

Venue Specification

We produce a venue specification, this sets out the ideal and essential requirements for the event. This venue specification is sent to potential venues and put online. We keep our clients confidential throughout this process to ensure you do not receive unwanted marketing materials from venues.

Venue Proposal

We clearly set out in a report what we feel is the most suitable venue for your event for you to consider. This will take into account your budget and also the requirements within the venue specification.

Site Visits

We coordinate site visits for you to look around the venue. You can see all the photos in the world, but you will not know if the venue is suitable for you until you have looked around.

Venue Management

We support with the management of the venue - ensuring the venue have all of your event details to ensure the smooth delivery of the event.
