CMAC Group’s company-wide ‘one team meetings’ are an important part of our internal communications strategy, ensuring that everyone is aligned on our goals and the plans for getting there. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with BA Events and Rennie Consulting on the design and delivery of our refresher training. Filming in a live railway environment with frontline teams is always a challenge, but the skill and patience of this team ensured that the final product is slick, professional and, most importantly, emphasises the importance of delivering fantastic service to all our customers, no matter what their personal circumstances are.

Needing to move our event online this year posed a challenge for us, thankfully a colleague introduced us to BA Events. From that first introduction, we were comfortable that Luke and Ben understood our vision for the event and the sentiment we wished to convey to our volunteers and partners. There are extremely knowledgeable about the use of online platforms, taking time with us to explain the process and the benefits of different aspects of the system made the decision process much easier. Their passion and enthusiasm towards helping us to host this event is the reason the event was a huge success.
