I reached out to BA as I initially required AV support for a stakeholder conference but after meeting Luke and his team, I felt complete confidence to hand the management of the event over to the team.  They took care of everything from venue sourcing to sending out the invites, managing RSVPs, being on hand on the day to support with the meet and greets, hosting, and so much more!  Working with BA was a pleasure, I felt I was working with close colleagues, not representatives from an external company.
