The sourcing of a venue is made easy, time and cost-effective with BA Events.
It is important that the event is suitable for the type of event you are hosting. An exclusive dinner might work best in a city centre location whereas a team away day might work best in a rural location.
We produce a venue specification, this sets out the ideal and required requirements for the event. This venue specification is sent to potential venues and put online. We keep our clients confidential throughout this process to ensure you do not receive unwanted marketing materials from venues.
We clearly set out in a report what we feel is the most suitable venue for your event for you to consider. This will take into account your budget and also the requirements within the venue specification.
We coordinate site visits for you to look around the venue. You can see all the photos in the world, but you will not know if the venue is suitable for you until you have looked around.

We commissioned BA Events because from the outset they got fully immersed into understanding what the GRC wanted to achieve from this event.
